Hey, time for another meditation exercise, but before We go into that I will make small announcement.
This is the one of the 3 last exercises in this series and after that I will post visualization exercise. To make visualization more effective we will need clear minds, so do the exercise for today, and 2 other ones that will be posted in next 2 days and you will be ready for visualization.
